MYSTIC IRELAND 2026
THE PASSAGE
Transformational Retreat in Celtic Lands
July 10th-17th 2026
Mizen Head in South West of Ireland
Immerse yourself in the wild and vibrant landscapes of South-West Ireland for a unique retreat combining inner practices, rituals, sacred sites and sharing circles.
For 8 days, I will guide you through a deep inner journey: a time to release what weighs on you, clarify your inner axis, and reconnect with what is seeking to emerge.
The powerful Celtic land, ancient sites, and small group setting support this process.
The spirit of this retreat
This retreat is neither an intensive mental workshop nor a simple wellness stay.
It is a space that is deep, alive and supportive, where we will alternate between:
- grounding and nervous system regulation practices,
- sharing and listening circles,
- rituals and meditations,
- immersions in nature and sacred sites,
- integration and silence.
The framework is clear and structured, while allowing space for what emerges from the group and the present moment.
Programme overview
A solid framework
Each day alternates activation and integration:
- Morning
Body awakening, silence, sharing, movement or paired work - Midday
Meal and real rest - Afternoon (on certain days)
Immersion in places chosen for their energy and history: megalithic sites, wild nature, walk to a summit - Evening
Circle and meditation
The structure is stable.
The process adapts to the reality of the group.

The talisman – anchoring the passage
During the retreat, each participant will create their personal talisman - an object created with intention, carrying meaning.
A concrete anchor of the inner work experienced, and a reminder to reconnect with once back home.
This is not a souvenir.
It is a reference point.
Integration after the retreat
The work does not stop when the retreat ends.
To support integration, I include three weeks of follow-up, with two online sessions per week (around 60 minutes each).
These sessions allow participants to:
- Share what continues to unfold after returning home.
- Practice together.
- Ask questions related to the retreat work.
My intention
My intention is to create a structured, grounded and supportive space where each person can meet parts of themselves that have been set aside, integrate them, and leave with more clarity and inner stability.
The spiritual dimension is present — in silence, meditations and the places we visit.
It supports a grounded and practical inner work.
There is a before.
There is an after.
In between, a movement.
Who this retreat is for
This retreat is for those who feel an inner transition is taking place.
You may be going through a period of questioning, change, or sensing that a cycle in your life is coming to an end.
It may resonate with you if:
- You are sensitive to intuitive, energetic or spiritual dimensions.
- You feel called by nature and ancient places.

- You want to experience deep work in a supportive small group.
This retreat may not be for you if
- You are mainly looking for a holiday or tourist experience.

- You are not open to energetic or introspective practices.
A word from Muriel
“This Passage is not an escape from daily life.
It is a deeper meeting with yourself.
The Celtic land acts as a mirror:
it reveals what is ready to fall away
and supports what is ready to emerge.”
This retreat is intended for those ready to genuinely engage in an inner process.
A short phone call will allow us to check together whether this experience is right for you.
