ABOUT ME

I have always been drawn to what helps human beings heal, grow, and reconnect with their true nature. My journey has been nourished by many traditions — African culture, Catholicism, Buddhist and Hindu meditation, psychology, dance, sophrology, shamanism, kinesiology, qi-gong, yoga, coaching, and stories.
Everything that transforms us as human beings inspires me.

MY JOURNEY

I grew up in Cameroon, then life led me to Bordeaux, Paris, and now Cork, Ireland. My intuitive path truly awakened in adulthood, when I felt called to Ireland.

I discovered kinesiology 24 years ago, opening the door to energy work and deepening my natural empathy. I trained in Usui and Karuna Reiki, before moving toward a more direct and intuitive form of energy care.

Toltec shamanic practices strengthened my connection to the unseen and to personal liberation. Later, a two-year training in Presence taught me how awareness, movement, silence, and sound transform the inner world.

For over twenty years, I have developed a psycho-energetic approach integrating brain-balancing movements and creative visualization — foundations of the retreats and workshops I now offer in France and Ireland.

MY PURPOSE

I am passionate about sharing, and about guiding people toward resilience, by helping them make peace with their past and reclaim the parts of their soul that were lost through trauma.
This is what I am made for; I feel it in every part of me.

Twenty-two years ago, I've developed a concept of psycho-energetic and body work with brain balancing movements and creative visualization. These are the beginnings of the internships that I am proposing today.

I practice the Presence in a training that lasts two years. I experiment with the different arts that make it possible to live the Presence and I learn to pass it on.

I then create the "Energy and Restoration" courses, the foundation of which is the consciousness of the Present Instant allowing the presence to be given to oneself and the opening of the heart. I use all kinds of media to deepen the experience of the Presence in oneself: dance, sounds, various walks, drawings, sophrology, etc. These courses are held in France and South-West Ireland.
