CLASSES
Inner Unity — a Cycle of Guided Practice
Inner Unity is a gentle and progressive cycle of classes designed to support inner calm, embodied presence, and renewed energy.
Through mindful breathing, simple body awareness, and gentle movement, these sessions invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner unity.
This is not a performance, and not a workout.
It is a space of practice, listening, and presence, supporting you to feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, and gently open to what life brings.

The practice alternates between seated and standing positions and is accessible to all.

Inner Unity classes are guided by Muriel, drawing on over 25 years of experience as a kinesiologist and holistic practitioner, and 16 years of experience in Sophrology.

SHAMANIC ART & ENERGY TESTING
Create Your Own Smudge Fan!
1 week-end retreat:
6-7-8th of February 2026
Near Mizen Head, West Cork. Ireland
An intimate creative retreat (maximum 5 participants) held on the wild Atlantic coast. Through intuitive creation, energy testing, and three ceremonial moments (opening, sound, and blessing), participants are guided to reconnect with their intuition and craft a personal ritual ally in deep connection with nature.
Over the weekend, you will create your own smudge fan — a personal ritual ally traditionally used for cleansing, grounding, and energetic support.
Through guided processes, energy testing, and intuitive exploration, you will learn to sense, choose, and harmonise materials while staying connected to your own rhythm and inner guidance.
During this retreat, you will:
- Create your own handcrafted smudge fan.
- Explore intuitive and energy-testing practices.
- Take part in simple ceremonies, meditation, and movement.
- Spend time in nature, silence, and shared presence.
- Work in a small, supportive group.
Friday – Cacao Ceremony: Vision & Opening
Theme: Opening the heart · Setting intention · Listening
Element: WATER
We begin the weekend by meeting the materials (feathers, crystals, fabric, shells…), and noticing which ones call to you.
This will be followed by an introduction to energy testing.
In the evening we will have a cacao ceremony to arrive fully, slow down, and connect — to ourselves, to the group, and to what wants to emerge during these days together.
This ceremony supports heart opening, grounding, and clarity of intention.
It is a gentle space to listen inwardly and allow a first vision to arise, without pressure or expectation.
Saturday – Anchoring Ceremony: Transformation & Embodiment
Theme: Transformation · Embodiment · Movement
Element: FIRE - EARTH
The day is dedicated to the creation, revision of the energy testing and moments of rest, like a breath, with it's full and empty phases.
The evening is about transformation through the body.
Through intuitive movement and dance, what has been stirred during the day is allowed to move, shift, and transform.
This ceremony supports release, grounding, and clarity.
It is a moment to let go of what no longer serves and to embody what is ready to be lived, felt, and anchored in daily life.
Sunday – Alliance Ceremony: Integration & Commitment
Theme: Integration · Alliance · Continuity
Element: AIR
On Sunday, you finish your creation.
At the beginning of the afternoon, we gather for a ceremony of alliance.
An alliance with oneself, with one’s creation, and with the path that continues beyond the retreat.
This closing ceremony supports integration, stability, and conscious commitment.
It gently anchors what has been received, so it can continue to live and unfold after the weekend.
