A body-led, intuitive, and relational approach
My work is grounded in the intelligence of the body and guided by intuition, presence, and deep listening.
Rather than analysing problems or following fixed protocols, I listen to what your body expresses beneath words, symptoms, and stories.
Each session is adapted to what is alive in the moment, supporting change that is not only understood, but felt and integrated.
How I work
1. Restoring safety and regulation in the body
We begin by helping your nervous system settle and your body feel safer.
When the body is listened to and supported, emotional overload can soften and inner space can return.
2. Unwinding emotional and inherited patterns.
From this grounded place, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and inherited imprints that shape your experience — whether personal, ancestral, or energetic — allowing what no longer serves you to release at its own pace.
3. Integration and embodied alignment.
Sessions always include time for integration, so insights and shifts can anchor into your daily life, relationships, and choices.
Change becomes lived, not just processed.

How does a session work?
Each session is guided by muscle testing and intuitive listening.
The process is structured, grounded, and adapted to what emerges in the moment.
We begin with your intention or current challenge.
Through muscle testing, we identify where stress, emotional patterns, or energetic imbalances are stored in the body.
The work may include emotional release, energy balancing, movement integration, ancestral patterns, or subconscious stress resolution — depending on what your system prioritises.
Nothing is imposed. The body leads the process.
Some concepts I use — such as ancestral memory or past-life language — are working frameworks.
They are tools that help access and release stored stress.
You are not asked to believe in anything.
The work supports regulation, clarity, and integration in the nervous system — regardless of belief.
Real change stabilises over time.
While one session can bring insight or relief, deeper integration usually requires a process.
Working in cycles of three allows:
- consolidation
- nervous system regulation
- sustainable transformation
The timing between sessions is tested and adapted individually.
My work is complementary and does not replace medical or psychological care.
It supports self-awareness, regulation, and personal responsibility.
I work intuitively with a range of body-based and energy-informed practices, including kinesiology, emotional and ancestral work, creative and symbolic processes, and conscious dialogue.
These are supports, not goals in themselves. What guides each session is your body’s intelligence and your readiness.
