RETREAT DETAILS
- Location: Near Mizen Head, West Cork – overlooking the sea and surrounded by wild nature.
- Dates: 6th (starts at 5pm), 6-7-8th of February 2026. Closure at 5pm, 8th.
- Cost: €400 (includes 2 nights accommodation, sauna, materials & full guidance).
- Optional catering:
2 breakfasts : €12
2 dinners : €32
2 lunchs : €20
It will be without meat. Possible to adapt to gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian.
I will provide snacks, tea, coffee. - Limited to: 5 participants – small, intimate, and deeply personal.
What You’ll Experience
- You will create your personal smudge fan — a ritual ally traditionally used for cleansing, grounding, and connecting to spirit — while learning to test and harmonize energies through energy testing.
- Learn intuitive and energy testing practices that deepen your sensitivity and awareness, to harmonize materials and enhance awareness.
- Take part in ceremonies, meditation, and movement, with moments for stillness, reflection and joy.
- Experience ceremonies, meditation, and sauna in a nurturing, sacred space.
- Infuse your creation with your unique energy and intention through guided rituals that connect you to your unique vibration.
- This special intimate work retreat (max. 5 participants) invites you to reconnect with your intuition, creativity, and the elemental magic of nature.
- You’ll explore and awaken your ability to sense.
What to Expect

- Friday – Arrival & Intention
Arrive, settle in, and meet the group. We open the space with ceremony, set intentions, and begin connecting to the energy of the materials you’ll work with. - Saturday – Creation & Connection
Guided meditations and energy testing help you tune into your intuition. You’ll learn to harmonize feathers, crystals and wood — creating your own smudge fan step by step. In the evening, you may want to share a sauna. We will then have a blessing circle to honour your process. - Sunday – Completion & Ceremony
Final touches, energy alignment of your smudge-fan. We close with a ceremony by the ocean, blessing your creation and integrating the weekend’s experiences.
